Pixar's new original movie Luca is now available to watch in the comfort of your own home on Disney+.
Like Soul in 2020, Disney chose to release Luca directly to the streaming service, skipping cinemas and without the Premier Access extra fee that the likes of Cruella and Raya and the Last Dragon have had.
The movie tells the coming-of-age story of one young boy who experiences an unforgettable summer in a seaside town on the Italian Riviera with her new best friend. Their happiness is threatened by a secret though: they're both sea monsters.
Luca is available to watch right now on Disney+ for all subscribers. If you're not a Disney+ subscriber, you can sign up for £7.99 a month or £79.90 for a full year (a 15% discount).
You can also subscribe to the streaming service with O2 if you're a new customer or looking for an upgrade. You can get six months of Disney+ free as part of its selected 'Extras' deals if you upgrade or are joining the network as a new customer.
If you're an existing O2 customer but aren't looking to upgrade, you can still add Disney+ to your plan and it'll take £2 off your monthly bill as a bonus.
Earlier this year, Luca director Enrico Casarosa said that he was "sad" that people wouldn't get to experience the movie in cinemas, although he added: "But Disney+ is wonderful because so many people will get to see it. So many kids will get to see it."
With a Disney+ subscription, you'll also get access to recent releases Mulan, Soul and Raya and the Last Dragon, not to mention all the latest Marvel and Star Wars content like WandaVision, Loki and The Mandalorian.
Disney has also recently added a ton of shows and movies to the streaming platform via its new brand Star, so there's no better time than now to sign up.
